Welcome to the forum, what was the fuel pressure spec? You have good spark at all the plugs? How long since a tune-up? Are there any trouble codes?

I'm going to have to retrieve the codes if there are any. I just read how to do that. As far as fuel pressure, there is plenty!

Also there is good spark at all the plugs. FYI I installed all new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, and battery. I just put on a different cylinder head and have adjusted the valves twice, just making sure they were right. I left the valve cover off so that I could make sure that the spark was at the plug at the right time for combustion. It should run, but nope!
The check engine light is on, but if I'm getting spark and fuel and not running
