1992 Buick Roadmaster Car won't start

I can't get my car to start. At first I thought it might be the battery, but it has plenty of juice. I turn the key and the radio and lights turn on, but the starter dosn't even try to turn. No clicking or anything. Do you have any idea what might be the problem?

Hi:
IT sounds like it could be a few things. First, make sure you have good clean and tight connections to the battery. Also, check the grounds on the engine block and body. Finally, if they are all good, have a friend turn the key to the start position and check for power to the starter. If there is no power, check the starter relay.
