Car or possible electrical problem

The alarm, horn, door locks, front light flashes, air stops working, the dash board reading goes crazy and wont stop, usualy does this in the afternoon after I get out of work, the vehicle goes crazy alway in the afternoon the only change I did to the vehicle was changing the radio, 2002 buick rendenzvous mileage over 114100 3.4 engine
