My 2002 Buick Rendezvous is making some horrible groaning or grinding noises while turning. I've only noticed it while moving foreward. It will not do it while at a stop. After talking to a dealer he thinks it should only need a rearend flush, however, he's never heard one this loud. I have recently bought this car, and have only notice this the last couple times driving it. Maybe 200 miles worth. Is it possible that this could be bearings or gear related?

First, all 4 tires must be worn almost exactly even. This WILL cause problems if you have two worn tires and two new tires. If the tires are ok, change the rear end fluid with versatrak fluid. Drive the vehicle in circles for 5min in each direction. Change the fluid again and repeat the circles. If the noise is still there, the rear end is toast. The fluid flush usually fixes them. The fluid flushing will be expensive.
