1999 Buick Regal coolant leak

I've owned this car for 4 years and have had minimal problems and have kept up with routine matinence. I recently noticed a coolant leak coming out near the belt side of the intake manifold, by the black plastic pipe leading to the belt tensioner. Is this a common problem? What would be required to fix this?

Very common failure is the intake and its gasket
coolant pressure test is recommended to check for leaks
