how do I tell if my computer is bad

Go to AutoZone or a near by parts store and ask them to hook your computer up to a scanner. It's FREE.

If your computer is going bad, it will set a trouble code. If there are codes set when they scan the computer, ask them to look them up. That's also FREE.
