1997 Buick Regal no clue

When the car is cold it runs perfect all kinds of power but as soon as it heats up it looses power and starts to buck or hold back has a bad smell at certain times no power on hills I have changed plugs and wires fuel filter im really not sure some people said it could be cattilatic converter but I dont know any ideas thank you

IT could be the converter. Have you checked back pressure? You could disconnect the converter to see if that makes a change, but it will be loud.

I have replaced the converter the tps and it still does it I am running out of ideas

No I just replaced the mass air sensor and it is still doing it

I would check it. It could be carboned up and not allowing the valve to open or shut. Also, clean any carbon in the intake that is present. Make sure the valve moves and seals.
