I suggest using a very small punch and a small hammer. Hit the very bottom of the plug, and watch for any movement -85% of the time the plug will rotate, and then can easily be removed with a pair of pliers. Sometimes not. At that point, its best to buy a freezeplug remover and an 11/64th drillbit.
