You will need to remove the fuel tank to get to the fuel pump. Once you do that, check to see if you are getting power to the pump. If you are, the pump is bad. If no power, check to see if the fuel pump relay is good. In fact, switch out the relay without an exact replacement to see if that works before removing the tank.
