my windows wont roll down a the car light went out

Hello, as far as the windows, I'd check the power window circuit breaker, sometimes there is other circuit breakers with the same amp rating. Swap them, also check that the circuit goes hot when you turn on the key. I'm not sure which car light your talking about?
