1989 Buick Regal Windshied Wiper

1989 Buick Regal V8 150000 miles

When I turn my windshield wiper on, only the driver side wiper works.

If this is a Wiper motor problem, how do I get to the motor.

Hi:
No the motor sounds fine. It sounds like a linkage problem. To check it, you need to remove the cowl panel at the base of the windshield (exterior). Under there is the linkage.
