Are you sure the engine isn't locked?

Check under the vehicke. There should be an inspection plate that you can remove from between the trans and engine to access the flywheel.

Let me know what you find.

Place a socket and ratchet on the center bolt at the harmonic balancer and see if you can turn the engine.

THe harmonic balancer is located at the bottom of the front side of the engine. If you follow the accessory belts, it will be connected to the lowest pulley.

As far as the engine, honsetly, if it is locked up, most times it's not worth fixing. There are a few things that can cause it, broken connecting rod, broken crankshaft. As a result, it usually ends up cheaper to replace the engine because major damage has been done to the engine block. Plus, you would have to pay labor to have it repaired in addition to the parts.

See if you can get the harmonic balancer to turn and let me know what you find.
