1981 Buick Regal 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 800420 miles

My rear lights dont turn on. When open the ignition switch they come on a little dim, but when I pull the light swith they turn off. And my turn lights dont work either. I appreciate the help. Thanks
