Struts.
Look at strut cartridge from under car, if you see hydraulic fluid on piston, strut cartridge will have to be replaced.
Cartridge is strut without spring, generally you reuse the old spring, remove with a spring compressor.
You can also buy "quick struts" which include a new spring and are bolt on. The disadvantage is that they are $200 each or so, as compared to $60 or so for cartridge.
