1997 Buick Lesabre LTD electrical problems

1997 Buick Lesabre LTD 85,000 mi. 3.8L. The horn is shorted and I have trouble shot it down to the horn switch. In the process I unplugged the factory alarm box and now my interior lights will not shut off. Do I need to reprogram the box or could the problem be somewhere else? I did unplug the alarm box after they were stuck on and the lights shut off. Inspected the connections and plugs all look good. Thanks for the help!

Might need to relearn the key. Start car, security light should come on for about 5 seconds then go out. If it flashes, get back to me

Security light is comes on and goes off. No blinking.
