1992 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Automatic

I want to change my fuel filter but I can't find my fuel pump fuse to remove the pressure in the lines. I've checked in the Haynes manual and I still can't seem to locate it.

Instead of a fuse, it is a relay. Located under the hood. (Highlighted)
