Are you saying the vehicle cranks good but won't start?

If that is the case, have helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs and injector pulse, anything?

Are there any trouble codes?

I'm not sure, what it is, getting hot, coil pack, ignition control module? I'm not sure how hot is too hot, you can always check for spark at the plugs.
