1993 Buick Lesabre my car's sick

This morning I noticed a leak of antifreeze
coming from my car. After driving my car
between errands my car began smoking from the vents. And from under the dash. I pulled over to check under the hood but there was no smoke under the hood just coming from the vents. It leaves this film on my windshild that is impossible to see through in 25 degree weather. The antifreeze is still leaking slightly. I just recently had my intake valve replaced and also my water pump. So I hope that the leak is not associated with these parts.
Does this sound familiar and if so how much?
