I just installed a new starter and when I try to start the car the blower relay just clicks where is my problem

Hi:
Do you mean the starter relay? If so, make sure that all grounds for the starter are clean and tight. Also, make sure you have good contact at the battery and the ground on the engine block.

Let me know what you find.
