Flasher relay

Hey, My 1996 Buick Century has a faulty flasher relay and needs replacing. The part looks like a silver bottlecap size cannister. It is a six cylinder Car. I cannot locate the flasher relay for the blinker. Can you help me locate and replace the relay?
