2003 Buick Century Passenger side windshield won't defrost

Passenger side windshield will not defrost and I have to scrape the inside with an ice scraper. Driver's side works fine. It doesn't feel like any air comes up through the vents. I changed the cabin filter with no discernible difference. What's the problem?

First check to see if the hose is on the defroster duct. If it is then look and see if teh actuator is stuck or not working. That directs the flow of air to different areas. It's on the passenger side on the heater.
