Ok my headlights will not come on, neither the high beam or low beam. But my parking lights come on. I already changed the fuse.

Will they come on in flash mode using dimmer switch?

If I pull the arm back like to turn on the high beam, it will flash but wont stay on, I also checked the bulbs, its not the bulbs

Then must be headlight multifunction switch. Do DRL lights function?
