I have push button door locks and when I hit the button to lock them nothing happens to any of them. My keyless entry will not lock them either the horn just honks when I hit the lock button. To get the doors to lock I have to manually go around to all the door and lock them and it is a big hassle. I have also replaced the fuse for it too. What could my problem be and how do I fix it?

If you're sure the fuse is OK, then your problem lies inside the driver's side door switch. This switch is the master switch and controls all the other doors. (The power is supplied to the other doors through this switch)

If you're handy with a DVOM or test light, then you could probe the switch/contacts/wiring until you find the problem. (It'll be either a bad contact on a switch or a broken/loose wire)

Also, there's a bundle of wires that runs through your driver's side door and into the car. (The wires are surrounded by a plastic wire loom inside the door jam) Because that door is opened/closed more than any other door on the car, these wires frequently brake. But you won't be able to tell just by looking at them. You'll have to probe each wire for continuity with a test light.
