My headlights, brake lights, door locks, do not work?

Where is the under hood power distribution center or a nother fuse box besides in the glove box. On a 1995 buick century. My headlights, breaklights, doorlocks, do not work, clock resets, abs light is on, all fuses are good.

The wires on top are voltage, high and low beam. The black wire is ground for the headlamps. From the headlamp switch, when the headlamps are turned on, the yellow wire carries to the dimmer switch, then the dimmer switch sends voltage to headlamps. You may also need to check voltage feed to the headlamp switch, for the headlamps.

This sounds like the ignition switch is bad. Here is a guide on how to test it and the ignition switch wiring diagrams so you can confirm the issue by seeing power can be tested through it:
