The car cut off one day on us and we took the ignition module and had it tested and were told it was bad. We replaced that and went ahead and tuned it up. It still had all the original parts from the factory. Now the car wont stay running at all. It will start if you are giving it throttle and only run at a very low idle but as soon as you move the accelerator the engine dies. I have looked at the injector and it is spraying gas into the throttlebody. I even put a map sensor on it. Did I maybe cross the plug wires or could it be something else?

Welcome to the forum, I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. You can't tell if the pressure is good by looking at the injector spray pattern, I mean, I can't.
I'd also take the throttle-body off, give it a cleaning, check the iac and tps. Any codes?
