1986 Buick Century stalling

I am start my car and drive but once it heats up it stutters to a stop and then I can get it to start again but I can't get it to drive when I shift it to drive it dies. Why?

Check the fuel pressure. Sounds as if the fuel pump is at fault. Fuel pump is in the fuel tank. When changing the fuel pump always change the fuel filter also. Let me know. Jerry.
