My husband changed the steering column in our car and then a couple days later the head lights just went off and then after about an hour they started working again. About twenty four hours later my husband shut the car door and then all of our lights went out. Now we have no brake lights but the headlights work.

Hey SHEILA,

I would recheck the steering column wiring connector to make sure it is fully snapped into place. It sounds like it is loose. If that's okay please check the fuses,

Here is a guide to help you.
