Whenever I came to a stop the van brakes okay when I pressed the brake, but after a little bit the pedal start going down like is loosing pressure and the van moved forwards until I pressed a little more for a few more times until the pedal is all the way down and the van will not move forward anymore. It will not happen every time I brake but enough to cause me concern. This all started when a friend of mine helping me changing the whole front end broke off the cable for the ABS speed sensor of the passenger side and the brake, ABS and TCS light came on which brings me to my other problem. I replaced the speed sensor and wiring and brake light came off but the TCS and ABS light are still on and the brake is showing off from time to time.

Sounds as if the brake master cylinder is by passing. That is that fluid is passing the main cup in the master cylinder causing the pedal to sink under light brake pressure. You will not see any fluid leaking as it is an internal leak. If the real seal is leaking, brake fluid will be leaking into the booster and this can have the same effect. I would also scan the ABS system and record any codes, clear and drive and if the codes re set advise and we can look into this a bit further.
