What other vehicles share the same front brake pads as a 1998 Buick century?

Why would you want to know that? Are you considering putting used brake pads on?

No. I Have several new brake pads from previous cars, and ones I picked up at estate auctions, but all purchases for different cars. I wanted to know if any will fit the car.

There are hundreds of different part numbers for brake pads so the chances are minuscule at best. If they are a major brand you should be able to look up the application with a supplier that carries them.

I just thought maybe there was a list somewhere showing what cars shared the same brake pads.

No, there is not sorry. In fact there could be two or three different possible applications for a single model because there are various optional brake packages available. There could even be three or four construction types for the the same application, such as semi-metallic, organic, ceramic or hybrid. All different performance. Unless you have a brand name and part number, there is really no way.
