My car ran fine the day before but now when I start it up and put in gear all wheels move except one, rear passenger side, it feels like I have the emergency brake on, which of course I don't. At first I thought maybe it was frozen so I let it warm up for over an hour, still no change. Checked it again this morning and now the battery is dead. Please help me. I need my car bad.

It sounds like you have a rear brake that is stuck. It should be a drum brake. On the inside (either on the top or the bottom of the backing plate) there should be an elongated slot. If you use a flat screwdriver or a brake adjusting tool, you should be able to back off the brakes to get the drum off. You will need to remove the drum to find out what the problem is. Either some of the hardware is rusted or the wheel cylinder is bad. If you have recently used the e-brakes check the cable and make sure it is releasing. If you have any trouble or need more info, don't hesitate to ask.
