I just replace my passenger side brake caliper and noticed my bleeder screw is on the bottom. Now I have also replaced the master cylinder and bled everything multiple times but the brake pedal fall to the floor. Now could it be that this one caliper (due to the bleeder being on the bottom) is causing the brakes to fall to the floor when pressed?

Hello,

Are you sure you got the proper caliper? It shouldn't matter where the bleeder screw is, just that it is closed after the system is bled. You need to look for a leak somewhere, paying particular attention to the lines and where they connect. Your vehicle's brake system is a sealed system that relies on pressure to operate properly. A leak will compromise the integrity of the system. I have included a link down below for you to go to.

I never had any issues until I replaced the caliper due to it dragging. There are not any leaks anywhere. The brakes can be pumped up when the engine is off but loses pressure when on. The brakes engage once the pedal hits the floor.

Hello again,

Hmm. Okay, well let's see what the Ford Motor Company has to say about all this. I have included for you in the diagrams down below a factory troubleshooting guide for the brake system. Please go through the guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out, please.

Thanks,
