The bolt was over tightened and broke the bracket. How do i replace the bracket when i do find one? This vehicle has AC and PS. unless i am looking at things wrong, and i possibly could be, the AC bracket looks like the same one used by the idler pulley. Is it one bracket or two separate?

You are correct. The A/C compressor bracket, idler pulley mount and fan pulley are all one piece (see attached pictures). There really is no specific service procedure for replacing this particular assembly. Pretty much just unbolt the components from it until you're able to access the bolts that hold it to the cylinder head. I have attached a copy of the brief service procedure, but it doesn't really provide much additional detail.
