Both my turn signals are flashing

I would do my right turn signal and basically it would do the indicator inside the car but then the left one would blink very dim compared to normal and both turn signals would flash outside the car front and back. same with doing the left turn signal does the same thing basically. like i am having my hazards on even thou they are not and the other turn signal is just dim.

You have a ground issue. Power is back feeding (trying to find a ground) through the indicator in the vehicle. That is also why it is dim on the outside.

If you take a look at the attached picture, it shows where the primary ground is located as well as a splice in the wiring. I circled both. Either the main ground is bad or there is a problem with the splice. Something is causing power to not flow to the selected ground.
