First, draw out all the fuel you can. If you dont, you will spill fuel into the car. Remove the passenger seat. Access to the tank is found by cutting the carpet at a perforation that starts from about three inches up from the floor, runs in a circle to about a foot up from the floor. The sheet metal cover comes off after the fuel and electrical connectors are released and then the tank is in view. There is a large plastic screw cover that requires a special tool to remove, two large flat screw drivers crossed and used to span the screw cover at the ridges, and then carefully turned will do it. Then you are in, and if you did not drain the tank, you will have found out why you should have at this point.
