2001 BMW X5 Oil Change

Please let me know where to locate and remove the oil filter, so I can do my own oil change. I would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Walter. The oil filter is on top of the motor in front, under a black plastic cover that screws on and has a 36MM hex that you can use to unscrew it.
