Gas pedal does not working after replacing brake booster and Master cylinder

So the other day I put in a new brake booster and master cylinder and I go to start my car and the gas pedal does not work nor respond. It will not rev, it does nothing. I have asked mechanics and they are clueless which is annoying because there mechanic. I need help I need to get back to work Monday.

My name is Dave, it sounds to me like the most likely cause would be accidental unplugging of the accelerator pedal, most probably while connecting or disconnecting the brake pedal. If you look under the dash you should see a plug that plugs into the pedal, look for it to be unplugged or the wires being damaged.
