1985 BMW 735 After changing Torgue Converter, no fuel to fu

Hi Dr. Haggerty

Well here is what is up with the ongoing saga.

Now, even when I jump the fuel pump relay, I get no fuel.
I am getting no power to the transfer pump. None.

While trying to start the car, the key just started turning all the way, with no spring action, and wouldn't start.
I replaced the ignition switch, (more drama), and now that's fine, and the car cranks again, but I still get no fuel.
I read about the OBC relay, and how it provides power to the 86 pin on the main relay. Also, it's possible to get a main relay, but not the right main relay.
Also I checked all the relays in the fuse box and cleaned them. Are they all the same?

Also, the power windows don't work anymore.
Is the relay for them the same as the standard 4-pin relay?
