As I am driving on the freeway the car vibrates in a pattern, like every 30 seconds will bring vibrations for about 3 to 5 second intervals.

Its driving me nuts!

Any sugestions?

This car has had many new parts installed, engine has been rebuilt and some suspention parts have been replaced.

As much as I would like to assist you, the information you provided will not help me form a diagnostic plan for you to follow. Noises and vibrations are notoriously difficult to diagnose from cyberspace. From the pattern you speak of, it may be from the tires. Are they correct to the car or aftermarket?
