My car has been maintained and kept in garage. Car still looks new and drives beautifully. Problem is that I parked it to drive my truck to work about one month ago, and today I try to turn it on and nothing. I turn the key and the instrument panel lights up like it should but no click or anything from the motor. I am hoping it is just the battery?

If the dash lights dim or go out, I would suspect the battery. If they do not, suspect the immobilizer system or the neutral safety switch. If it is the immobilizer, it needs to go to a dealer. As far as the switch, it can be replaced. To check it, see if the vehicle will start in neutral. If it does, then suspect the switch. Here is a picture of what it looks like. It will be located on the transmission.
