wont turn over dash lights come on

1994 bmw 325i wont turn over , just the dash lights come o . but no noise from fuel pump or anything . i have checked the fuel relay/fuses . now my hazard lights are flashing with the button off . this car is going crazy...

if it helps , its a 4 door sedan 2.5L

It sounds like the battery has gone bad, can you test it by turning the headlights on? If the headlights are dim replace the battery and recheck.
