A slow crank issue might best be addressed with a check to see if the battery is fully charged. A battery that is old or low on charge will present with these symptoms.

There is a distinction around the words that you used in your first post, you said "starts slow turns over" and I interpret that to mean it is cranking over slowly. If it is not starting after cranking for 4 or 5 attempts of 5-6 seconds on each attempt, then the next thing is to address the state of tune of the engine. Has it been maintained? Are the valves in need of adjustment? Are the spark plugs gapped correctly? Are they the correct spark plugs? Is the throttle plate clean? Is there a difference when the tank is full? All of these things that I ask for are items that affect starting. There are other issues but let's start with these and then go to the rest of the things on the list.
