2004 BMW 325 sunroof problems

Sunroof is off of track. This happened when opening under normal condition. Driver side glass is lower than passenger side. Motor makes clicking sound, glass does not move. Will move manually with special BMW wrench, but afraid glass will break if too much pressure is applied. Is there a manual or assembly drawings of the sunroof that explains disassembly, assembly etc.? Can you suggest for a fix?

There is a possibility the cassette will need to be repaired and there is a bulletin regarding this repair, it requires an excursion above the headliner and is best left to a qualified BMW technician. Also replacement of the entire cassette is a possibility.
