where is gas door release lever? I can't out how to open the gas tank.

The central locking system is in control of the gas door actuator, it is most likely the gas door actuator has some sort of failure. I would recommend disconnecting the gas door actuator in the trunk on the right side to access your gas cap and replacing the actuator at some time, at your convenience of course.
