I have a bmw 325is 2dr and sometimes when I go into drive or reverse the car acts like it is not getting the right amount of fuel to the engine. I sometimes have to hold my foot down all the way on the gas peddal to move and it will barley go until I get to like 2to3 rpms. The car sometimes will rev high or not idle right, feels like the car shakes while ildling and when in nuetral or drive the car will keep reving when stopped. Do you know what causes this.

I pulled the spark plugs out and the threads of the plugs had oil on them. Will this have anything to do with the idling or fuel problems.

Oil on your plug threads will do some of the symptoms that you have described. I would first replace the valve cover gasket. That should come with spark plug seals. The plugs with oil have bad plug seals. Do that first, and if that doesn't solve the high revving when stopping that we'll look into your idle air control valve and possibly your throttle position sensor.
