is there a problem with the car? the fact that there is a fault code set does not always mean that there is a problem. generic scanners do not always tell you everything. do you have a DSC or ASC warning light on constantly? let me know asap

Thanks for getting back promptly. If there isn't a dash warning lamp lit for the ABS system then I would not feel too concerned about it. Please keep in mind that the brake system is a safety issue and if you think there is a problem, let a BMW trained technician help you.
As I said earlier, generic scanners can sometimes give false codes or a code that is no longer pending.
