I need to replace door roll pin. how is this done? This is the pin that keeps the door from closing on your leg if you are on a slight incline etc. The factory one is flared out. what method is used to remove it and then how to flare out the replacement once it is in?

use a small spring compressor, compress the spring and remove it, after the spring is out the arm that that holds the arm will be loose. Have someone hold the end of the door. remove the hinge pin retainer and drive the pin out. replace the bushings and pin. reinstall in reverse order
