Do all cars come equipped with a block heater

Do all cars have a block heater?
My car was purchased in Arizona and i live in Thunder Bay, Ontario and i just wanted to know.

Unless they are a diesel or were special ordered with a cold weather package they wont have one. Not hard to add one on most vehicles though.

Oh, if you decide you want to install one, I would opt for the tank style that installs in the heater line. They can be installed without even draining the coolant, they do not have the potential to fall out of the block, and because they pump the coolant around the system in operation, the interior gets heated as well.
