No blinker clicking noise

My blinkers work but no clicking noise?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

The body control module, (BCM) is responsible for controlling the signals and flashers. In older vehicles, there was a flasher that made the noise. However, on your vehicle there is not one. As far as the clicking, the sound is sent through the driver's side door speaker. If you have changed the factory radio, that is the problem. It could also be a bad speaker.

I agree with Joe however the BCM is also responsible instructing the clicking noise to start so if the vehicle is still stock and no radio has been changed, it could be the BCM has an internal fault causing this. I am not sure i would change it just for this but if nothing Joe mentioned checks out then it would be the BCM.
