Where is the blend door motor actuator located?

Hi,

The only one I have is the first one I sent. I re-attached it for you below. Number 8 is for the driver's side and number 9 is for the passenger side.

Also, if you haven't already, check to see if there are diagnostic trouble codes stored in the HVAC module. See pic 2 for possible related codes. If there is a code, let me know and I can get the diagnostics for you.
