The driver side blend door actuator is located behind the dash down low on the passenger's side. Here is the location and how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

It must be above or to the side of the HVAC plenum, I would use a flashlight and small mirror on a stick to find it. They only give.5 hours to change it so it can be too difficult.

I just had my heater core replaced and that is when the hot air stopped working. I found this connection missing a plug while looking for the actuator. Any chance you can tell me if it should be plugged into something? It is right above the heater core.

Yep, that will cause the issue of the heat not working. It is possible the actuator is behind the radio but can I ask if maybe the tech accidently remove the actuator and did not reinstall it? Maybe that is why we can't find it.

I think I found it on the bottom Of the box closer to the center. It is just tight squeeze. Is it possible for you to tell me what that other connection is for?
